• Payment methods accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during order placement.
• You agree to receive WhatsApp communications from us.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

1. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 4 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Return request must be made on WhatsApp with order details.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized T-shirts.
• Items damaged due to misuse.
• Items without original tags or packaging.

4. Refund Method

• UPI/Bank Transfer: Refund within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via store credit or bank transfer (no cash refund).

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or defects within 7 days. Product must be unused.

6. How to Initiate Return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

1. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not fixed and may vary depending on your delivery location, order value, package weight, and courier service availability. The final shipping charge (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

3. Courier Partners

We use reliable courier partners including: Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket, and India Post.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, all shipping details including the tracking link, AWB number, courier partner information, and delivery updates will be shared directly with you on WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking information provided on WhatsApp to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

• If not delivered within expected time, contact us on WhatsApp.
• Wrong address provided by customer will incur extra shipping charges.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Full refund will be processed via original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. You may refuse delivery and request refund after return.

3. How to Cancel

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm cancellation within 2 hours.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• UPI/Bank Transfer: Refund within 3-5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery: No refund as no payment was made.

5. Cancellation by Urban Vogue

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Full refund will be provided.
